At Prissy Panoply Ltd, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the custom nature of our work, cancellations can impact both the timeline and resources dedicated to your project. Below is our policy regarding cancellations:
Before Work Begins
Clients may cancel their order before work has begun without any charge. If materials have already been purchased for your custom order, you may be required to cover the cost of those materials.
After Work Has Begun
Once work has commenced on your custom design, cancellations are not permitted. The time and resources invested into your project make it difficult to reallocate, and as such, no refunds or cancellations will be processed once the project is underway.
Custom Orders
If a cancellation is requested after work has begun and the client insists on stopping the project, any work already completed will be billed, and clients may be charged for the remaining cost of the project depending on how much work has been done. This includes any materials purchased specifically for the project.
Communication
We encourage open communication throughout the design process. If there are any concerns or changes to your order, please reach out to us immediately so that we can make necessary adjustments where possible before work proceeds further.
