• Each promotion is valid for a limited time only and will expire at 11:59 PM (WAT) on the stated expiration date, unless otherwise stated.

• Prissy Panoply reserves the right to end or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. Redemption of Promotions

• Promotional offers must be redeemed during the promotion period and cannot be applied retroactively.

• Promotions are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless expressly stated.

• Only one promotion can be used per transaction, unless otherwise stated in the promotion details.

4. Payment Terms for Promotional Offers

• For promotions requiring a deposit, the standard 70% deposit rule still applies. The promotion will be applied to the final bill, including the remaining balance.

• Promotions do not affect the payment schedule. Clients must still pay 70% of the total cost before work begins.

5. Product and Service Limitations

• Promotions may only apply to specific products, services, or packages as outlined in the promotional offer.

• Any modifications or requests for changes outside of the promotion’s terms (e.g., design changes or upgrades) will be charged at regular rates.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Promotions cannot be refunded, transferred, or substituted once applied.

• In the event of a cancellation, our standard Refund and Cancellation Policy applies, and the promotional discount may no longer apply if the project is restarted.

7. Misuse of Promotions

• Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of promotions, as determined by Prissy Panoply in its sole discretion, will result in immediate termination of the promotion and may result in additional actions, including but not limited to cancellation of the order.

8. Changes to Terms

• Prissy Panoply reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate any promotional terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected in the promotional details and these terms and conditions.
