These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prissy Panoply Ltd’s services. By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Policy

• Full Payment Policy: For online orders and workshop enrollments, full payment is required upfront before any work begins or before participation in the workshop.

• For custom projects where work is completed in phases, at least 70% of the total bill must be paid upfront if full payment is not made. The remaining 30% balance is due upon project completion, before the delivery of the final product.

• For clients engaging in multiple projects, each project will be billed separately, and the 70% upfront payment or full payment policy will apply to each individual project.

2. Custom Orders

• All designs are custom-made to your specifications. Once an order is placed and confirmed, changes to the style or design will incur additional charges as outlined in our Refund and Dispute Policy.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Delivery timelines are subject to the scope of the project and availability of materials. We will provide an estimated completion date upon confirmation of the project. We strive to meet deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details on how we handle refunds, cancellations, and project changes.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, design specifications, and timely communication. Any delays caused by inaccurate information or late communication from the client may result in project delays.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All original designs created by Prissy Panoply remain the intellectual property of Prissy Panoply Ltd until the final payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of the finished product transfers to the client. We reserve the right to display completed projects as part of our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Dispute Resolution

• In case of any disputes regarding your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your final product. We are committed to resolving disputes in a fair and timely manner.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
